Shubham is Co Founder of STAIR Digital, with deep expertise in Exponential Organisations, AI driven
business transformation and venture investing. He is an MBA alumnus of Saïd Business School, Oxford,
a former Chairperson of the Technology Business Network at Oxford University, and an Investment Partner
at Oxford Syndicate Capital, focusing on ESG and technology based venture investments.
He advises the Managing Director and CEO of one of India's largest listed fintechs and serves as CIO to
a venture capital fund, its investee companies and startups, on future ready technologies, strategy and
brand positioning. He was the youngest ever Board Advisor for Technology Policy and AI at the IET, the
global technology body of more than 160,000 professionals across 150 countries.
With 10 years of research in AI, neural networks and machine learning, he has published in international
journals and received the Best Research Paper Award by Cambridge and the IET Global Award. He is a TEDx
speaker on artificial intelligence and human connectedness at Oxford and Bocconi, and a frequent speaker,
moderator and jury member at technology panels.
